These Terms of Service govern your use of genuinegoods.shop and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
All prices are listed in US dollars and include free shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a pricing error occurs.
Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card will be charged when you complete checkout. We do not store your payment details.
We ship within the United States only. Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks from the date of order. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. These are estimates — delays caused by carrier issues or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for a refund.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
We issue a full refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described. To request a refund, email manager@genuinegoods.shop within 14 days of delivery with a photo showing the issue. You do not need to return the item.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or shipping delays within the estimated 2–4 week window.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We respond to all refund requests promptly and will make it right. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in being banned from future purchases.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genuine Goods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
All content on this site — including text, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Genuine Goods. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
